XPay is a suite of customer-centric electronic payment solutions easily accessible through the XPay App.
The XPay App gives you full access to XPay’s suite of electronic payment solutions. Through the app, you can manage and use the funds in your XPay Account and your XPay Visa Card.
Your XPay Account is an electronic wallet that allows you to receive and send money, just like you would receive and send money in a regular bank account, pay bills and buy load through the XPay App. You may also access your funds by using your XPay Visa Card in the ATM or make purchases online and in retail stores that accept Visa, locally and abroad!
Your XPay Visa Card allows you to access and manage your funds in your XPay Account. You may use your XPay Visa Card in ATMs that carry the Visa logo, and in purchasing online and in retail stores that accept Visa, locally and abroad!
Download and Installation
You can easily download the XPay app on the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. Make sure to access this on your mobile phone because you will need to download the XPay App to your mobile device.
It’s easy – all you have to do is download the app on the App Store or Play Store and register. Once you’ve registered, get yourself verified by updating us with your details, uploading your ID and selfie.
Note: Users should be at least 18 years of age. Please take note that minors are not allowed to register for an XPay Account.
To help make transactions easier and make sure that your information is secure, only one (1) XPay Account per person is allowed.
Once you’ve registered to the XPay App, tap on any of the buttons on your home screen. A window will pop up prompting you to “Get Verified.” Follow instructions on the screen.
Click the “Forgot Password?” option after opening the XPay app and follow the instructions on the following page.
Yes. You can contact our customer support to change your registered information. Just access the menu icon on your XPay App and under the Support section click “Send a Message”
Note: Changing your registered number will require you to verify your account once again.
My XPay Visa Card
There are a lot of great benefits and perks you can enjoy with your XPay Visa Card, such as:
Being able to withdraw cash from any ATM and make purchases whether locally or abroad.
Using it to pay in establishments that accept Visa cards here, abroad, and even online.
For added security, it also includes an EMV chip as well.
EMV (Europay, Mastercard, and Visa) is the global standard for credit, debit, and prepaid card payments using a top-of-the-line chip card technology embedded into cards. An EMV chip-based payment card is a more secure alternative to traditional magnetic stripe payment cards.
Yes, you can! Most, if not all, Visa merchants now accept payments by just tapping on the POS terminal. Try it for your small ticket purchases for coffee, fast food chains (even drive-thru), and restaurants!
The daily transaction limit is Php 50,000—this includes ATM withdrawal, fund transfer, bill payment, etc. For XPay Lite, the monthly balance limit is Php 100,000, for XPay Plus, the limit is Php 500,000 and for XPay Pro, the limit is PhP1,000,000.
You can temporarily block your lost card. From your home screen, tap on “Manage Card” and toggle on the lock card. You can also request a replacement card. Simply tap on the “Request for a replacement card,” choose where your card will be delivered and submit your request. You will be charged a corresponding Replacement Card and delivery fee.
Manage your ATM PIN by going to any UnionBank ATM.
Only a maximum of P100,000 may be added to your XPay Account per month. This limit increases to Php 500,000 per month upon activation of your XPay Visa Card.
You can submit a report that our customer service can review to assist you. To submit a report, all you have to do is:
*Go to your XPay Account’s home page, scroll down and tap on the transaction that you have an issue with.
*Review and click on “Report Issue”
*Enter the subject and details of the transaction issue
*Once you’re done adding all the needed information, a customer service representative from XPay will get in touch with you right away.
If a certain feature is not available, it could either mean that your account is not yet verified, or there could be an issue on the app. If it’s the latter, you may check XPay’s in-app notifications, social media pages, or your e-mail regarding any updates or news about the app.
There are minimal fees on your XPay.
* Initial XPay Visa Card request – PhP200 + Delivery fee (FREE until further notice)
* Replacement XPay Visa Card – PHP200 + Delivery fee
* Annual fees – PhP200 for XPay Accounts w/o an XPay Visa Card and PhP300 for XPay Accounts w/ an XPay Visa Card
* Local ATM Balance Inquiry Fee – PhP2
* Local ATM Withdrawal – PhP15
* International ATM Balance Inquiry Fee – USD1
* International ATM Withdrawal – USD4
* Sending money via Instapay – PhP15 (FREE until Mar 31, 2021)
* Sending money via Pesonet – PhP10 (FREE until Mar 31, 2021)
You can add money to your XPay wallet by visiting any 7-11 outlet and Unionbank branches. Once you’re there, simply open the app and see the necessary instructions on your dashboard.
If you have a GoGo Xpress account, you may link your XPAY account with it and choose to disburse your sales earnings to your XPay account directly.
My GoGo Xpress Earnings
Once you have a verified XPay account, you may nominate XPay as your bank account through the GoGo Xpress app through the following steps:
Step 1: Open your GoGo Xpress app and click “Payout Bank Account”
Step 2: Select XPay as your payout bank account
Step 3: This should automatically link your GoGo Xpress account to your XPay account
All your future GoGo Xpress earnings will now be disbursed on the same day to your XPay account. Just remember that you need to use the same e-mail address you used in your GoGo Xpress account when signing up for XPay!
Your GoGo Xpress earnings should be disbursed to your XPay wallet within the same day and appear as part of your current balance. Kindly just wait for 2 calendar days and your funds should automatically clear and move to your available balance.
