It’s easy – all you have to do is download the app on the App Store or Play Store and register. Once you’ve registered, get yourself verified by updating us with your details, uploading your ID and selfie.
Note: Users should be at least 18 years of age. Please take note that minors are not allowed to register for an XPay Account.
Click the “Forgot Password?” option after opening the XPay app and follow the instructions on the following page.
You can easily download the XPay app on the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. Make sure to access this on your mobile phone because you will need to download the XPay App to your mobile device.
Yes. You can contact our customer support to change your registered information. Just access the menu icon on your XPay App and under the Support section click “Send a Message”
Note: Changing your registered number will require you to verify your account once again.
To help make transactions easier and make sure that your information is secure, only one (1) XPay Account per person is allowed.
